I am unable to login to my account

 You can recover your password using the 'Forgot Password' link in the login page. If you are still unable to access your account, then please call our customer care.

How do i reset my password?

if you forget your password you can reset it by following these steps:

Step 1: First, go to Yambaba website, and click on 👤 Login button

Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your account 

Step 3: Click on ''forget password'' button 

Step 4: then this page will open ''please send password link'' enter associated email address here and click on    Send link     button

Step 5: we will send you a   Reset password    button and link to your email 

Step 6: once you get the reset password button please insert the new password on Yambaba platform.

Step 7: You will then be able to reset password.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password by following these steps:

Step 1: First, go to Yambaba website, and click on 👤   Account   button

Step 2: Then log in your account

Why do I need to verify my email address?

Verifying your email address allows you to:

what should i do if my phone number is already linked to another yambaba account?

If the phone number you are trying to use for creating an account is already associated with another account you have two options.

You can update the phone number back. To update it back follow these steps: 

Step 1: Go to the   Account  /Profile Details" section.

Step 2: Select   Basic Info   change the phone number to the desired one.

Step 3: Click   Update   this number.

If updating the phone number is not possible, you must use a different one to create your account.

2. Select View order details.

You’ll see a delivery status bar with a delivery company, tracking number, and the item’s current location. If you don’t see the tracking information you can select Contact seller on the Order Details page and ask the seller if they will upload the tracking number.

I have a query on return /refund process

if i have more then one order need to return, can i return them in one package?

in order to ensure that your return request is processed smoothly, we suggest not to place them in one package to return. if you put many orders in one package, we suggest that you can divide the product from different order.

I pay by cash, how to refund to my bank account?

if you pay by cash, the refund will be processed to your yam baba balance account. Customer can withdraw the amount available in the balance account by clicking on account>wallet>Balance>Withdraw.

in order to process your withdraw request smoothly, please fill your bank information in a correct way. Please note that you can also use the balance account for a future purchase.

If my credit card cancelled, lost, expired or stolen can you refund to my other card?

we cannot process the withdraw to different card or different account even by different payment method. More information please refer to [ How to Withdraw]. If your card cancelled, lost, expired or stolen please contact your issuing bank to assist you to process the refund in original account.

Can you refund the price difference?

Unfortunately we cannot refund you the price difference. Because different period has different sale prices. Prices are subject to change based on the price in effect the day you checkout.

If the coupon will be refunded if i return the product?

Coupon will not be refunded once it is used in the order.

When will the return product be picked up?

Within 7 business days once return request is created.

When will I get the refund?

Refund will be initiated after we receive the item and it passes the quality check.
