To sell your products on Yambaba.com, there are a few conditions you need to comply for protect the legality of your business operation, we require your cooperation and submission of the Following essential materials are necessary for Sellers Registration with Yam baba.

ii. Legal Name (Passport or Bilingual National Identity Card)

iv. Complete Address
v. Updated bank account information (iban/swift)
vi. Business license
vii. VAT certificate
viii. Passport or residence ID (both sides)
ix. A proof of purchase/invoice, a distribution authorization letter, or a manufacturer permit/certificate is required to sell beauty products.
x. Sellers whose companies aren’t VAT registered should fill-in a VAT non-enrolment form or contact with our customer support.

You'll need to provide a shop name, email address, phone number, and a strong password (which you'll confirm). Agree to the terms and conditions, then click "Register" to complete the process. To log in, visit www.yambaba.com/seller/login, enter your registered email or phone number, and password, then click "Login." If you forget your password, use the "Forgot Password" button to reset it.
Complete the specialized training for new sellers and activate your seller center account to manage your shop.
After completing new seller training, activate your seller center account on Yam Baba to manage your shop. Access the seller dashboard via the "Dashboard" button on the website or app, which takes you to a dedicated area for managing products, orders, and other activities. The dashboard includes features like:

Once approved by our teams, your products will be live on Yam Baba Website. From there, you can receive an order at any time.
Yam Baba provides different types of selling plans, that allow you to sell a single item or thousands of items. Before you register, decide which plan is best suited for your business. There are a few different types of selling fees you might pay, depending on your selling plan, and the types of products you sell. On the flat rate plan.it costs/fee 5% per sale, while if you choose category wise commission plan you have to pay specific amount of commission accordingly each category that you select for selling. Learn more→find category wise commission.pdf the Subscription plan (it is also called professional selling plan).If you sell more than 40 items per month, the Subscription plan is more cost-effective. Don't worry about choosing the wrong plan, as you can switch plans at any time. The Flat rate plan is a better fit if you plan to sell fewer than 40 items per month, want to keep up-front costs low, don't need advanced selling tools, or are still deciding what to sell.
Flat Rate Commission: This is a fixed commission rate that is charged on each sale made by the seller. For example, if the flat rate commission is 5%, and the seller makes a sale of AED 100, the commission charged would be AED 5. Note: Now registration is free for limited time
Category Wise Commission: This commission is charged based on the category of the product being sold. For example, if the commission for electronics is 10% and the seller sells an electronic item for AED 500, the commission charged would be AED 50. Note: Now registration is free for limited time
Subscription Commission: This commission is charged on a recurring basis for subscriptions sold by the seller. For example, if the subscription commission is 5% and the seller sells a monthly subscription for AED 50, the commission charged would be AED 2.50 per month. Note: Now registration is free for limited time

We’ll ask for some necessary details like personal information, business information, bank account detail, warehouse & return address. if you are receiving payments from Yambaba with a business bank account, you need to have a business account on Yambaba.

There are tax standards in the UAE. Sellers whose companies aren’t VAT registered should fill-in a VAT non-enrolment form or find out the official tax website to apply for VAT. Specific requirements are subject to the local official tax website. If your turnover is not up to standard, you can apply for tax exemption letter and submit it when filling in the registration information.
We do not allow the sale of used items or products that is not 100% genuine furthermore sex toys, drugs, food, flammable and explosive dangerous goods, laser products and micro cameras.
You can sell almost anything but in original new condition, we do restrict items violate any laws or infringe on intellectual property.
The market only opens to United Arab Emirates if your registration area is United Arab Emirates.
When your application is approved, your store will be activated and you can put up products for sale. We will have a local operations manager contact you for one-to-one service. At the same time, we will attach the post products tutorial for your reference via email notification.
The audit will be completed within two working days. The audit result will be sent to you through the email address you filled in when registering. We will show you the information you need to modify in the email, so that you can modify and submission as soon as possible without delaying the registration process.
