Pay with Credit/ Debit Card

The available credit card options are listed above. The credit card companies listed above are the most commonly used credit cards on this website. Do not worry if your credit card company is not listed, we encourage you to go ahead and make the purchase.

Please note that YAM BABA does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment. For questions regarding your transactions on our site, please consult your card-issuing bank for information.

How do I pay with my Debit Card?

Paying with your Debit Card on Yambaba is super easy! When you're checking out, just select the option to pay with a Debit Card. Then, enter your card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Finally, click on the "Pay Now" button to complete your purchase. It's as simple as that!

How to get debit card details?

Can I use a debit card which is not under my name to place an order?

We're here to help you out. However, for the safety of your transaction, it's not recommended to use a debit card that isn't under your name. If you really need to use a debit card that belongs to someone else, please reach out to us through contact-us. We'll assist you further and may require authorization from the cardholder. Payment Guidelines:

1. Online Card Payments: We accept secure online card payments on our website. Customers can conveniently use their credit or debit cards to complete the payment process.

2. Cash on Delivery: We offer cash on delivery as a payment option. Customers can choose to pay in cash at the time of order delivery.

3. COD Fees: Cash on Delivery fee is 10 AED and it is non-refundable.

4. Online Payment Discount: Orders placed with online payment by card may be eligible for an additional 2.5% discount if the order total exceeds 150 AED. Please note that this discount is not applicable to cash on delivery orders.

Can I pay cash on delivery for my orders?

Yes, you can pay for your orders in cash upon delivery on Yam Baba. You can choose to pay in cash or opt for other payment options such as a credit/debit card, or Mastercard payment - all without the need to enter payment information beforehand.

Cash on Delivery Policy

What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash on Delivery, or COD, is a payment method offered by Yam Baba that allows you to pay for the items you have ordered when they are delivered. applicable only in United Arab Emirates.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment Method Not Available

In some instances, Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available as a payment method. The following are possible reasons for why COD is not an option at checkout:

1. The order total exceeds the COD threshold

In some cases, the COD payment option is unavailable when the total of your order is more than the maximum threshold. Having a large amount of cash increases the risk of theft, loss, and miscalculation for both buyers and couriers. To minimize this risk, COD is not available for orders with high totals. You may use other payment methods such as credit cards or other given payment methods to pay for your order. Maximum COD limit is 1500 AED.

2. You are not in COD area?

Currently, only The United Arab Emirates states can use COD as a payment method. More countries of the world will be added soon. In the meantime, please use other payment methods to place an order.

3. For security reasons?

You may not be able to use the COD payment method if there are security risks. Please make sure you always sign for your packages and complete payments on time.

4. Combine (COD) Payment Method

COD payment method not available If you combine COD with Credit/Debit Card, Installments or with yam baba Gift Card balance.

5. Frequent past order cancellations

If you have frequent past order cancellations and delivery refusals, COD might not be available.

SMS Verification failed?
When preparing your COD order, we may need you to verify the phone number you used. If the verification fails, it is recommended that you try again or use a different phone number. You can also place an order using other payment methods.

What Is COD fee?
The COD fee refers to the fee you will be charged when you use the Cash on Delivery payment method. This fee is non-refundable.

How secure is my payment information on Yambaba?

Yam Baba takes customer payment security seriously by using encryption and secure servers. We also regularly monitor and audit our systems to ensure a safe environment for transactions.

What do i do if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined, you can check the following to resolve the issue:

• Check the spelling and billing information you entered for accuracy.

• Ensure that your credit card has sufficient funds or that your bank account has enough balance.

• Check if there are any restrictions on your card, such as a daily spending limit.

• Make sure your card has not expired.

What Should i do if i have been charged twice for the same order?

If you've been charged twice for the same order, you can reach out to Yambaba customer service for help. we have a WhatsApp Chat where you can report the double charge and provide your name, email, order number, and details of the double charge. We'll assist you in resolving the issue and arranging a refund if needed.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund after payment has been made?

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it and get a refund.

How long does it take for my payment to be processed?

On Yambaba, payments are usually processed right away, but the processing time can vary based on your payment method. To make sure your payment goes smoothly, it's a good idea to double-check all the information before finalizing your checkout. How do I know if my payment has been processed successfully?

To check the status of your payment, just follow these steps:

Step 2: Look for the order you're curious about and check its status. If the payment went through smoothly, it should say "Confirmed."
